• 02YA1732-B4 is a heavy-duty, semi-automatic flatbed laminator engineered for high-volume, precision application of self-adhesive films and laminates onto rigid and semi-rigid substrates. It combines a robust mechanical structure with precise thermal and pneumatic controls to deliver bubble-free finishes on large-format materials.

• 03Yacolors YA1732-B4 built around a rigid steel frame, the machine features a large, flat working table with a 1700 mm × 3000 mm​ effective area, capable of processing panels up to 50 mm thick. The table surface is typically a tempered safety glass, providing a perfectly flat and durable work surface. A key ergonomic feature is the tilt-table design, which angles the bed to reduce the effort required for loading large, heavy sheets and minimizes the required transfer space in the workshop.

This roller is raised and lowered by pneumatic cylinders, requiring an external air compressor (typically rated ≥ 0.8 MPa) for operation. The silicone material of the roller is chosen for its high-temperature resistance and elasticity, which ensures even pressure distribution across the entire substrate width, eliminating air bubbles and wrinkles.

• 06 Yacolros YA1325-B4 is a cold and warm laminator, with an operational temperature range of 0–60 °C (32–140 °F). The upper roller is heated internally, allowing operators to switch between cold lamination for standard prints and warm lamination for enhanced adhesive flow on challenging materials like textured PVC or foam boards. The temperature is regulated via a digital PID controller with an accuracy of ±1–2 °C. The machine requires a 10–15 minute warm-up period​ to reach optimal operating temperature.
